How NetWeaving Launched My New Career
Over the course of my life I have had a dozen jobs. If you have had as many jobs as me, you can relate to the stress career moves create. Sound familiar?
Well, building trusting relationships is the key to navigating you through this stress, and straight to the top of your field. Ask me how I did it? I built a ton of strong relationships, but it wasn’t until I found NetWeaving that I truly understood how I made those transitions so easily. Bob Littell, the creator of NetWeaving, not only changed the way I feel about networking, but in my experience, NetWeaving is exactly what catapulted my career as a financial advisor. If you are interested in how NetWeaving can benefit you then read on!!!!
Building good relationships has always been a habit of mine, but networking is not about building strong relationships. Although, networking does provide the grounds for NetWeaving, networking normally gravitates towards the “what’s in it for me” approach not “what’s in it for them”. Believe me; you learn how to build close relationships after a dozen jobs, ten residences, and three states and it’s not by exchanging business cards over cocktails. There is nothing wrong with networking, but I was just tired of constantly telling people what I do, as opposed to showing people how I can help them. Listen, I understand we all need new clients, but surely we can not expect to receive different results while applying the same old techniques.
Once I discovered NetWeaving I was completely engaged with this new way of conducting business, and I began to implement it throughout all aspects of my life. NetWeaving, the business version of “pay it forward”, teaches us to help others first with a sincere belief that what goes around comes around. Trust me, it does come back around. This activity has made a great impact on my life. Do people find you to be resource? The NetWeaving concept broke down the doors of resistance, by helping others understand that I was a resource to them. I am now able to function in more capacities then I once thought possible. People appreciate being helped. Don’t you?!
Every person who had a significant impact on my life did so by understanding what it is I needed, and how they could be a resource to me!!!! Mr. Littell understood that exactly, and teaches others to do so. To find these teachings that have opened doors for me visit www.netweaving.com
NetWeaving enticed me to acquire more of a give-give mentality. This mentality is the precursor to “what goes around comes around”. NetWeaving can benefit you as well by being perceived by others as the “go-to guy/girl” not just an associate. Ask my customers, they all turn to me for a helping hand. Do your customers feel the same way about you? Next, the receiver of this service feels as if the spot light is constantly shining on them. Isn’t that the reason Home Depot and Lexus are considered to be among the top leaders in service around the world. Who doesn’t enjoy service like that? Also, your self esteem soars, allowing a gratifying sense of accomplishment. Finally, your capacity to receive these benefits is only limited by the amount of value you give to others.
In my expansion from the health food industry to the financial services industry, I have received significant results. My results are attributed to implementing the NetWeaver’s creed into my daily life. Since introducing NetWeaving to other organizations there has been a flow of new opportunities created. NetWeaving has helped me actualize my new-found success. This ultimately translated into a higher income, higher education, and added quality of life. Does this sound like something that could add value to your life? |
